Nesreen Srouji is the Head of Investor Relations at Florin Court Capital for Middle East, Africa and Asia. Nesreen has extensive relationships with institutional and sovereign investors in the Middle East, Africa and Asia, having lived and worked in Dubai for 17 years in investment banking, private equity and asset management. Prior to joining Florin Court in 2022, Nesreen spent 6 years as the Middle East CEO of Amundi Asset Management, running Amundi’s business in the region with Sovereign Wealth Funds, Pension Funds, Central Banks, Development Funds, Multinationals, Family Offices and other institutional investors across the Middle East. During her tenure at Amundi, Nesreen tripled Amundi’s Middle East assets under management. Prior to Amundi, Nesreen spent 8 years at Standard Chartered Bank in Dubai, first setting up the bank’s proprietary private equity and private debt business in the Middle East North Africa (MENA) region and investing in mid-cap companies across MENA, and then as Head of Investors & Public Sector where she covered sovereign and institutional investors across the region. Prior to Standard Chartered, Nesreen worked for the National Bank of Kuwait, setting up the region’s first ever private debt fund, investing in companies across the region. Nesreen started her career as an investment banker in leveraged finance at Goldman Sachs in London. Nesreen holds an LLB/JD degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in Canada and an MBA from INSEAD.
