Jeremiah Sekyi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from the University of Ghana, and a Master of Global Affairs degree from Schwarzman College, Tsinghua University where he was a recipient of the prestigious Schwarzman Scholarship Programme. Jeremiah is the Public Speaking World Champion, and an experienced debater having spoken at over 50 debating competitions globally over the past 8 years. Since 2020, Jeremiah has worked with Debate Mate such as a debate coach and communication consultant running training programmes with companies including Standard Chartered Bank, PwC and bp. As a person whose life has been 90% debate for the last seven years, Jeremiah is living the dream at Debate Mate. Jeremiah firmly believes in the unlimited power of a trained, empowered voice, and strongly believes anyone can become an effective communicator with the right mentorship.
