I obtained a BSc in BA from Helwan University in Cairo, Egypt and pursued several executive courses within Procter & Gamble, Danone, INSEAD, AUC among others. Started my career parallel to my university studies at Xerox Egypt in customers service and sales. Upon graduating, joined Procter & Gamble in customer business development and worked for 9 years across the Middle East and Europe in Sales, HR, Finance and Marketing. Developed and lectured my own After-marketing Post graduate course at the AUC and LCC for 3 years. Joined Groupe Danone in France and worked for 8 years across the Middle East, Europe and Latin America in divers roles ranging from Commercial Director to Managing Director and Regional Head. Worked for Savola group for 4 years in the capacities of country CEO, Regional VP and then Global M&A / Business Development head managing a budget of $3 Billion and part of the Global lead team. Served on the boards of several companies throughout my journey. Made a major career shift ten years ago moving into Private equity establishing & managing several companies in Saudi, UAE and Egypt. Started Angel Investments in 2018 and am an active member of Dubai Angels. Established, founded and currently chairing as a Managing Partner three verticals: NAB Group (Subway restaurants sole franchisee in Egypt since 2021), Orchestra UAE Group (Super Jet regulated flipping fund, real estate brokerage, Business Advisory), & Pearls (a new VC ecosystem disruptor being formed).
