Nathalie Simond, Managing Director, Head of EMEA – Marketing & Investor Relations Nathalie Simond is responsible for the marketing and business development efforts in Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). She joined Lighthouse in 2022 with over 15 years of industry-specific experience. Previously, Nathalie was a managing director and head of the EMEA Client Relationship Group at Balyasny Europe Asset Management for approximately 12 years. There she was responsible for growing the overall business and AUM, through asset raising and maintaining relationships in the EMEA region. Prior to Balyasny, Nathalie was a senior associate at Pequot Capital, focused on business development and investor relations, and reported directly to the head of EMEA. Nathalie also spent time at a marketing agency where she worked in a marketing and business development capacity for Nespresso, Rolex, and Raymond Weil. She started her career in private banking at Lombard Odier Darier Hentsch and as a private mathematics tutor. Nathalie received her degree with honors in marketing and communications from Polycom Lausanne in Switzerland. Additionally, she has her Investment Management Certificate (IMC) accredited by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
